2. Refund Policy
General Refund Terms

Cloud Consulting Services
Refund Policy: Full refund if cancelled before project initiation. 50% refund if cancelled within first week. No refund after 25% completion.
Technical Training Programs
Refund Policy: Full refund up to 7 days before course start. 75% refund up to 3 days before. 50% refund up to 1 day before. No refund after course begins.
Staff Augmentation
Refund Policy: Full refund if cancelled before resource allocation. Pro-rated refund based on unused days. 30-day notice required for termination.
Development Services
Refund Policy: 25% non-refundable deposit. Pro-rated refund based on project completion percentage. No refund after 75% completion.
